Established in 1942, the AIEC has helped Illinois co-ops work together for more than 70 years to serve the thousands of individual member-owners of Illinois electric and telephone cooperatives. This is our commitment and mission: To provide leadership, expertise, and unity of purpose in support of the cooperative utilities of Illinois and their efforts to improve the quality of life for their members.
